First Peoples Jewelers Return Policy First Peoples Jewelers 30 day return policy gives you time to evaluate your new piece of jewelry and ensure that you've made the right decision. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise purchased if there is no custom engraving and the product is in original condition, for a full refund or exchange of item of equal value. First Peoples Jewelers Return Process As soon as your returned merchandise is received in our offices, it will be evaluated by our quality assurance team. We check to ensure that the merchandise has a return authorization code on the exterior of the package, and if the merchandise has been damaged, altered, or shows signs of being worn. All returned merchandise must be insured for full value. Returned merchandise that does not meet the above criteria will be refused. To prepare merchandise for return to First Peoples Jewelers 1. Re-package your return Please include all original packaging, certificates, and collateral material. GIA certified diamonds that are not returned with correct GIA certification may be subject to a $250 fee to replace this important document. For security purposes do not write First Peoples Jewelers, or anything disclosing the packages contents on the exterior. 3. Insure your returned merchandise Please insure the contents of your package for full value. For items under $500 you may return to our office with any mail carrier. Please request a return receipt, as First Peoples Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. For items over $500 in value, please return to our office via US Postal Service Registered Mail, with return receipt so that you can ensure your merchandise arrives back to our offices safely.
