First Peoples Jewelers Shipping Policies

First Peoples Jewelers offers free shipping on every order within the domestic US. All orders will be shipped as soon as the item has been evaluated by our quality assurance team and packaged.

For orders under $250 First Peoples Jewelers provides free FedEx Ground shipping within the contiguous US, and Free USPS Priority shipment to locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

For orders between $250 and $1000 First Peoples Jewelers provides Free FedEx 2 Day shipping.

For orders over $1000 in value, loose diamonds and custom rings First Peoples Jewelers ships via Free FedEx Priority Overnight method.

All APO and FPO shipments are shipped free via USPS priority mail.

Signature Requirements for deliveries over $500:

If your order amount is over $500, First Peoples Jewelers requires a signature for delivery regardless of any waiver you have from FedEx. This requirement is for your security. For delivery to a FedEx location for you to pick up at your convenience, please contact an associate from our customer service department at (940) 383-3032. To find a FedEx location nearest you please visit:

For your security, First Peoples Jewelers only ships to an address that is on file with the credit card company used to make payment for the merchandise. If the address you would like the shipment mailed to is not your credit card billing address, please ensure that this address is on file with your credit card company. First Peoples Jewelers reserves the right to verify this address.

If your order is being shipped via FedEx Ground:

Your package will arrive usually one to six business days after it leaves First Peoples Jewelers.

The package will only be delivered to a street address, no P.O. Box addresses.

No signature is required

If your order is being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO or FP address via USPS Priority Mail your package will usually arrive within three business days after it leaves First Peoples Jewelers.

First Peoples Jewelers will only ship to street addresses, no P.O. Boxes.

No signature is required.

For All APO/FPO Shipments

Your delivery may take slightly longer. We ship all APO/ FPO orders via USPS Priority mail and your merchandise should arrive at the respective APO/FPO processing center within four business days. From that point on, First Peoples Jewelers depends on military postal service to deliver the merchandise to you in a timely fashion. First Peoples Jewelers cannot provide tracking on APO/FPO shipments.

First Peoples Jewelers now ships to Canada, United Kingdom, and all European Union countries. We will ship via standard, insured United States Postal Service to all international customers.
