First Peoples Jewelers Pre-Owned Rolex One Year Limited Warranty

First Peoples Jewelers inspects each pre-owned Rolex before it leaves our premises for functionality, and guarantees each watch to be free from mechanical or functional defect for two years from the date of purchase. Our watchmakers carefully examine each individual piece inside the watch mechanism, and then tests each watch for air-tightness. We pressure test each watch to ensure waterproofing that is equal to that of a completely new Rolex. Before leaving our store, each watch is marked on the insde of each case so that we can easily identify service dates, and also identify that the watch came from our store. If for any reason other than abuse or neglect the watch fails; simply return the watch to us via insured shipping and we will gladly service your watch and bring it back up to the beautiful condition that the watch was in when you first received it. Each customer who purchases a pre-owned Rolex on FPJewelers.com or in-store will receive a copy of our pre-owned Rolex warranty.

Although your new pre-owned Rolex is waterproof, we do not recommend wearing your watch underwater for extended periods of time. Heat, water & pressure are the enemies of the gasket that protects the Rolex watch's waterproofing. For example, wearing your Rolex in a hottub over long periods of time will most certainly damage the pressure gasket. If you return your Rolex to us for warranty service and we notice a prematurely damaged gasket with water leakage, or other signs of neglect/ abuse, we reserve the right to refuse warranty service.
